Our dry white Cour-Cheverny expresses a fine tension, pronounced minerality, and subtle aromas of white flowers. We cultivate Romorantin, a rare grape variety planted by François I in the 16th century, grown exclusively for AOC Cour-Cheverny. Our vines, rooted in clay-siliceous soil, produce grapes that are both concentrated and balanced.
This wine naturally pairs with seafood, asparagus, or strong cheeses. We also offer a sweeter version, perfect to accompany a dessert.
